What information do we collect?<\/strong> When you fill out a general membership form at the URL listed above we collect your first name\/last name, email address, IP, user name\/password. If you further join the ISR Member Area of the web site, the credit card information you enter is stored on the web site of First Data, a leading banking\/card process site. ISR does not have access to that information. We set the payment process up to be processed by First Data because it is the most secure way to process credit cards. First Data does populate our data base with your billing address, only, and we use this information strictly to authenticate you if you have billing or sign-in issues.\u00a0\u00a0It is important to note that credit card numbers are used only at the time of the transaction, and are not stored following the conclusion of the transaction. Your membership to ISR will not auto-renew.<\/p>\n

When you join the Forums<\/a><\/span><\/strong> we receive your email address and user name only. We are not able to see your password.<\/p>\n

When you post to our\u00a0Discussion Boards<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0we receive a copy of the post, your email address, if you supply it, and IP.\u00a0 This information is sent to us by WordPress where the Boards are hosted. We use this information to moderate\/block users who are abusive to other users or otherwise trolling the Boards.\u00a0 You create a user name on the fly with each posting to the Discussion Boards and can choose to continue with a given user name or change it each time you post. If you\u00a0follow us <\/em>on the Discussion Boards we receive notice and that notice contains your WordPress username and the URL of your WordPress site if applicable.<\/p>\n

When you post School\/Director\/Principal reviews<\/strong> to the web site, ISR does not track nor keep a record of whose membership a review comes from. We keep the posting of reviews to the web site as anonymous as we can.<\/p>\n

Use of cookies:<\/strong> When you log in as a site member a session cookie is set on your computer. This cookie allows you to move back and forth between the member and non-member area of the site without having to make repeated log ins to re-access the members’ area. The cookie expires when you close your browser.<\/p>\n

Links to other web sites:\u00a0<\/strong>ISR provides links to school web sites and\u00a0 is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. When you leave our websites you will want to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Our privacy statement applies only to information collected by ISR.<\/p>\n

ISR\u00a0will not share your<\/strong> email address and\/or any information you have provided us with anyone. As mentioned earlier, credit cards are processed on the site belonging to the credit card company. They receive and process your data, we never see it.<\/p>\n

Newsletter \/ Mail from ISR:<\/strong> If you opted in to receive the ISR Newsletter you will receive it once a week on Thursday. Your email address is stored securely with a third-party service provider (our exclusive agent) for the sole use of ISR. We do not share this information with any third-party. We may sometimes send messages to our members asking them to take action or to alert them to recruiting scams and other matters of serious concern to International Educators. You may opt out of receiving any and all mail from us using the opt-out link at the bottom of each correspondence.<\/p>\n

Request removal of your information:<\/strong> You may request ISR remove your membership data from our data base. We will comply and send confirmation. To make such a request, please write to us from the email address you used to join the web site. If you no longer have that address, please Contact Us<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and we can use a different process to authenticate your request.<\/p>\n
